5:45-6:15 Beginners (NPECC Wrestling Room) and 5:45-7:15 Advanced Boys/Girls (Upstairs) (Advanced Group is determined by Coaches)

Tuesday
5:45-7:15 Intermediate (Upstairs Room) (2nd-6th) and 5:45-7:15 Girls Only (NPECC) Beginner Age girls will only practice 5:45-6:30 PM on Tuesdays

Wednesday 
5:45-6:45 Warrior Wednesdays Boys and Girls (NPECC wrestling room) This is a night of Hard Live Wrestling/Conditioning (Advanced Group and Intermediate by Invite)

Thursday
5:45-7:15 Intermediate (Upstairs Room) Beginners 5:45-6:15 PM (NPECC) Advanced 6:15-7:45 PM (NPECC)
